Natural Beeswax, 100g

Natural yellow beeswax, granulated. Suitable for making candles or natural cosmetic productss. It has a natural, sweet smell of honey and it is solid at room temperature, but it becomes softer when heated.

It is very beneficial in cosmetic products for skin, lip, nail and hair care because it creates a gentle barrier on the outside, preventing from moisture loss. You can liquefy it ad add it to carrier oils before making your own moisturizer, lotion, balm or hair conditioner or hair wax. It helps the other ingredients to stay inside the skin for a longer time and to moisturize it. Beeswax is great for products for softening dry, rash skin, like on elbows or heels.

Directions for use: Soften or liquefy the beeswax in a small bowl which you put into a larger bowl of hot water. Then slowly add chosen carrier oil while mixing constantly. The oil should have the same temperature as the beeswax. Then add the rest of ingredients, following your recipe.
