RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM PURCHASE, RETURN OF GOODS
Withdrawal from the Order
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to notify the provider within 14 days of receiving the goods that they are withdrawing from the contract without being required to provide a reason for their decision. The buyer can download an electronic withdrawal form from the website or send any unambiguous statement clearly indicating their withdrawal from the contract. In this case, the provider will immediately send the buyer an email confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal form on a durable medium.
Return Conditions and Costs

Costs: The only cost incurred by the buyer in connection with the withdrawal is the cost of returning the goods.

Deadline: Goods must be returned to the provider no later than 14 days after the notification of withdrawal from the contract (purchase). The goods are considered returned on time if they are sent before the 14-day return period expires.

Condition of Goods: The buyer must return the received goods in their original packaging, unopened, unused, undamaged, and in an unchanged quantity, unless the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost, or their quantity has decreased through no fault of the buyer.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed immediately or no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice. The provider shall return the received payments to the buyer using the same payment method used by the buyer, unless the buyer has explicitly requested a different payment method and incurs no costs as a result. The provider may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received. The product subject to return must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
