DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS

The provider will deliver the goods within the agreed timeframe to the address specified for delivery. The delivery period for each order begins at 9:00 AM on the next business day.

The contractual partner for delivery is Pošta Slovenije, though the provider reserves the right to choose another delivery service if it allows the order to be fulfilled more efficiently. All shipments are insured against damage or loss.

Delivery Method and Timeframe

Goods are sent via Pošta Slovenije. All products in stock are dispatched within 0–7 business days after receiving your order. We do not dispatch goods on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs are paid by the customer/recipient of the shipment.

  • For purchases up to €29.99, delivery is charged at a flat rate of €4.00, regardless of the weight, quantity, or size of your order.

  • For purchases over €30.00, shipping is FREE!

International Delivery: We generally do not deliver outside of Slovenia, except by prior agreement. In such cases, delivery costs will be charged separately.

Additional Fees

Pošta Slovenije and banks typically charge a commission for each payment according to their price list.

  • These costs are considered within the services of the "www.biopark-cosmetics.com" store and are visible when selecting Cash on Delivery (€2.00 fee).

  • If you choose Payment via Proforma Invoice (bank transfer) and pick up the package at the post office, there are no additional delivery fees.

  • Please check with your bank regarding any internal bank commission fees for processing a proforma payment.

Delivery Timeline and Pickup

Items have a delivery period of 1 to 7 business days. If an item cannot be delivered within the expected timeframe, we will notify you in advance.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the mail carrier will leave a notice of the arrived package. The package will wait at your local post office for 8 days. If you do not receive a notice or email within three (3) days, please inform the provider.

Right to Withdraw

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to notify the provider within 14 days of receiving the goods that they are withdrawing from the contract without needing to provide a reason. The buyer can download an electronic withdrawal form from the website or send any unambiguous statement clearly indicating their withdrawal. The provider will immediately acknowledge receipt of such a withdrawal via email.

Orders accepted in the "www.biopark-cosmetics.com" store are considered irrevocable and will be executed. However, a consumer may withdraw an electronic order within 2 hours of placement by sending a notification to info@biopark.si.
