General Terms and Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions of the online store www.biopark-cosmetics.com are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (GZS) and international codes for e-commerce. These terms and conditions address the operation of the online store, user rights, and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.

PROVIDER

Online sales at biopark-cosmetics.com are carried out by the company ZIN d.o.o., Gabrje pri Ilovi Gori 15, 1290 Grosuplje, Slovenia, info@biopark.si. The company was registered and entered into the court register at the District Court in Ljubljana on May 28, 2007, as a limited liability company (d.o.o.). The company is liable for VAT (VAT ID: SI10154078).

The company operates in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Market Act (ZEPT) and the regulations adopted on its basis.

PRICES AND VAT

All prices listed on the provider's website are final prices. Prices are in euros (EUR) and include the appropriate rate of value-added tax – VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The price listed next to an individual product does not include delivery costs.

Prices are valid at the time of order placement and do not have a predetermined validity.

The sales contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded the moment the provider confirms the order. From this moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.

Validity of the Order/Offer

Prices for the selected goods are valid until the offer's expiration date stated on the order/offer.

The provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

Prices and other benefits (discounts, gifts, delivery method, postage contributions, etc.) on the day the order is placed apply. The original invoice received upon payment or delivery, in connection with the general terms published on this page and confirmed upon placing the order, is valid.

PURCHASE PROCESS

You can find a product using the drop-down menus at the top of the website or by entering the product name or keywords in the search field located at the top right and pressing ENTER.

By clicking on the product name or image, you will see all product details, description, effects, and instructions for use.

STEP 1 – SHOPPING CART: Select the desired product by clicking "Add to Cart." You can adjust the quantity using the + or – signs. When items are added, the total count appears on the cart symbol in green at the top right. By clicking the cart, you can review your selection, remove items, or update quantities (click "update cart" after changes). You can also select a gift if applicable. Click "Proceed to Checkout" to continue.
STEP 2 – CHECKOUT: If you have a discount coupon, enter it here. Enter your details under "BILLING DETAILS." If registered, these fill automatically. You can choose a different delivery address or add notes.
STEP 3 – COMPLETE PURCHASE: Click "COMPLETE PURCHASE" to submit your order. This concludes the distance contract. You will receive a confirmation email within minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Cancellation: You can cancel an order within one hour of receipt of the confirmation email by emailing info@biopark.si or calling 030 919 555 with your order number.

PAYMENT METHODS

The provider allows the following payment methods:

Cash on Delivery: Payment in cash to Pošta Slovenije upon delivery. An additional fee of €2.00 is charged for this service.
Proforma Invoice (Bank Transfer): Payment to ZIN d.o.o.'s bank account before delivery. This avoids the postal commission. Goods are shipped after receipt of funds.
Credit/Debit Cards: MasterCard, Visa, and Visa Electron. Payments are processed via the Stripe system.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS

The delivery period begins at 9:00 AM on the next business day following the order. The primary partner is Pošta Slovenije.

Delivery Time: 1 to 7 business days for items in stock.
Shipping Costs: * Purchases up to €29.99: €4.00 shipping fee.
- Purchases over €30.00: Free shipping!
International Delivery: Generally not performed, or only by prior special agreement and custom pricing.
Note: If you are not home, a notice will be left; the package will wait at the post office for 8 days.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

According to the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

Costs: The only cost to the buyer is the direct cost of returning the goods.
Condition: Goods must be returned undamaged, unopened, in original packaging, and in unchanged quantity within 14 days of the withdrawal notice.
Exclusions: Due to hygiene and health reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned. Damaged packaging or removed safety seals are considered "used."
Refunds: Payments will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, though the provider may withhold the refund until the goods are received back.

MATERIAL DEFECT

A defect is material if the product lacks characteristics necessary for its normal use, lacks characteristics for the specific use intended by the buyer (and known to the provider), or does not match the sample/model.

The consumer must notify the provider of a material defect within two months of discovery and no later than 2 years after purchase.

WARRANTY

Products have a warranty if stated on the warranty card or invoice. It is valid with the submission of the invoice and adherence to instructions. Manufacturers are generally required to perform warranty repairs within 45 days.

DATA PROTECTION

The provider (ZIN d.o.o.) commits to the permanent protection of all personal data. They will be used exclusively for order fulfillment and necessary communication. Data will never be passed to unauthorized persons. Users are responsible for their own login security.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The provider strives for accuracy but characteristics, delivery times, or prices can change rapidly. In such cases, the buyer will be notified and offered a withdrawal or exchange.

COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

The provider follows consumer protection legislation and aims to resolve disputes amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, the court in Ljubljana has jurisdiction. In accordance with ZIsRPS, the provider does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider.
