Lime Oil
Origin: Italy.
Purpose of use: For scenting rooms using a vaporizer.
Description and use: Cold pressed from raw lime peel. It is greenish-yellow in color and has a very fresh, sour-sweet scent, typical of citrus fruits. It has long been used in aromatherapy to invigorate and lift the mood. It also has an astringent effect, which is why it is used in products for the care of impure, oily and acne-prone skin. It tones the skin and is useful in anti-cellulite care.
Oils with which it can be mixed: Himalayan cedar, geranium, grapefruit, lavender, lemon, mandarin, neroli, nutmeg, sweet orange, palmarosa, rose, rosemary, palisander, tangerine, vetiver, ylang ylang.
