Description: Cold-pressed from the seeds of Borage, a plant with blue star-shaped flowers that thrives in Mediterranean regions. It is golden-yellow in color with a mild scent. Suitable for various skin types as it excellently moisturizes, soothes, and helps regulate oil levels in the skin. It leaves a very light and soft feeling on the skin and helps prevent clogged pores. It is excellent for maintaining a youthful appearance.
Important active ingredients: Due to its high content of GLA (gamma-linolenic acid), it can help combat skin inflammation. It contains the highest amounts of linoleic, linolenic, oleic, and palmitic fatty acids.
Use: Softens the skin and improves the feeling of comfort and balance. Suitable for various skin types, including sensitive skin. It can be used for the face, body, and scalp. It absorbs quickly and does not leave a greasy film while giving the skin a feeling of protection. It restores shine to hair, even if it is dry or brittle. It can be used on the scalp and the entire length of the hair, especially on the ends. It helps promote healthier hair and can reduce excessive shedding. Mothers often use it to protect baby skin, care for the diaper area, and soften cradle cap on the scalp.
Facial care: Apply a small amount of oil to cleansed facial skin that has been previously moistened with a toner or hydrosol. Body care: After bathing or showering, apply to damp skin and rub in well. For massage, you can add a few drops of essential oil to the carrier oil. Scalp care: Rub a few drops into the problematic areas twice daily.
Shelf life: The oil stays fresh for 6 months to 1 year when stored properly (in a cool place, protected from direct light). We recommend storing in the refrigerator after opening.
