Olive oil contains antioxidants that protect skin from free radicals and maintain healthy cell membranes. It is an excellent source of vitamin E and moisture for the skin, giving it a soft and radiant appearance.

Due to it containing squalene, which regulates the production of sebum and also dillutes it, it is appropriate for all skin types, including acne and problematic skin. It creates a thin barrier on the skin, which protects against the development of microorganisms. Chlorophyll in the oil helps against premature skin aging. Excellent for massages by adding essential oils to it.

Description: Cold pressed from the olive fruit. It has a typical, mild scent of olives and a greenish color due to the pigment content in fruits, such as chlorophyll, pheophytin and carotenoids.

Valuable components: Contains a large proportion of oleic acid which is monounsaturated - omega 9 fatty acid. Contains polyunsaturated linoleic fatty acid and saturated palmitic fatty acid and is high in vitamins E and K.

Facial care: Apply olive oil to cleaned skin, which was previously moisturized with toner or hydrosol. It can also be used as makeup removal.

Hand scrub: If you have dry skin on your hands, mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil with a teaspoon of fine salt, a teaspoon of honey and a teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Massage hands with this mixture for two minutes and rinse with water. You can also use it as full body exfoliation.

Nails and cuticles care: Mix a tablespoon or two of olive oil with lemon juice and heat the mixture until lukewarm. Soak your fingertips in the mixture for 5 - 10 minutes. The oil softens skin and strengthens nails.

Lip care: Apply olive oil several times a day to dry and cracked lips, which will moisten and protect them.

Foot care: Before going to bed, massage your feet with olive oil and put on cotton socks. In the morning your skin will be soft and moisturized.

Body care: After bathing or showering, apply to the still moist skin and rub well. You can add a few drops of essential oil.
