Cancellation of the order
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer / customer has the right to notify the provider within 14 days of taking over the goods that he withdraws from the contract, without having to give a reason for his decision. The buyer can download an electronic form for withdrawing from the contract from the website or send any unequivocal statement from which it is clear that he is withdrawing from the contract. In this case, the provider shall immediately send the customer by e-mail a confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal form on a permanent data carrier.
The only cost charged to the buyer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the provider no later than 14 days after the notification of withdrawal from the contract (purchase). It is considered that the buyer returns the goods on time if he sends them before the 14-day return period expires.
The buyer must return the goods received in their original packaging, unopened, unused, undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity has decreased through no fault of the buyer.
Payments will be refunded immediately or at the latest within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract. The provider returns the received payment to the buyer with the same means of payment that the buyer used, unless the buyer explicitly requested the use of another payment method and if the buyer does not bear any costs as a result. The provider can withhold the refund of the received payments until the returned goods have been accepted. The product subject to return must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not accept Cash On Delivery shipments for returned products.

Order not picked up
In case of the order being successfully sent but not being picked up by the customer at the local post office (in the event of the delivery by the post being unsuccessful and the post officer leaving a notification for the customer to collect) the goods return to the provider / sender after the time, designated by the post.
The customer can ask for the shipment to be sent again and covering the additional shipping costs (for the return and additional shipping). After receipt of shipping costs payment, the shipment is sent again.
The customer can also ask for a return of payment. After receipt of the returned package, the goods will be inspected and in case the number and quality of the items in the package is unchanged, the value of the purchased products (shipping costs for both ways subtracted) will be refunded in the same way the original payment was made.
