The hydrosol has a fresh and herbal scent much like freshly picked peppermint leaves. It has cooling, refreshing, invigorating and uplifting properties. When used as a toner, it has clarifying, astringent and vitalising effects on dull or stressed skin. Peppermint floral water is known to soothe itchiness and reduce irritations caused by shaving. It is often used to ease excessive perspiration and hot flashes due to its cooling effect.
Application:
- Use as a facial spray or additive for relaxing and soothing massages.
- Does wonders for muscles tension.
Mouthwash application:
- The hydrosol is very concentrated therefore it is advised to dilute it as follows: 10 ml of Organic Peppermint Hydrosol with 100 ml of distilled or boiled water.
- Store the solution in the fridge.
