Refund policy

At Biopark Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return your items according to the terms outlined below.

1. Right to Withdraw from the Order

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you wish to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason for your decision.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can submit your notice in any of the following ways:

Upon receiving your notice, we will immediately send you an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium.

2. Return Conditions & Shipping Costs

  • Return Deadline: You must send back the goods no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you ship the items back before the 14-day period expires.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The only cost incurred by the buyer in connection with the withdrawal is the direct cost of returning the items.

  • Condition of Returned Items: Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, unused, undamaged, and in unchanged quantity, unless the goods were destroyed, damaged, or lost through no fault of the buyer.

⚠️ Important Note: We do not accept "Cash on Delivery" (COD) or collect-on-delivery return shipments!

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed immediately or no later than 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice.

  • Method of Payment: We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly requested a different method and incur no additional fees as a result.

  • Withholding Refunds: We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods back or until you have provided proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
