Description: A firm, light-brown butter with a characteristic natural cocoa scent. It is obtained from high-quality cocoa beans and contains no added softening oils, allowing it to maintain its rich, compact structure.
Upon contact with the skin, it slowly melts to create a luxurious nourishing layer that softens the skin and helps it retain moisture. Due to its rich texture, it is particularly suitable for caring for dry areas such as hands, elbows, knees, and heels, where the skin requires more intense care.
It works excellently as a body butter after a shower or bath when the skin is still slightly damp. You can also use it to care for cuticles and lips, or as an ingredient in homemade balms, lotions, and body butters. It leaves a pleasant, silky feeling on the skin and a characteristic natural cocoa fragrance without added perfumes. In colder weather, we recommend warming it slightly before application, as its natural composition means it only melts upon contact with the heat of the skin.
Benefits: It moisturizes and softens the skin in a natural way, contributing to a feeling of comfort after application. It creates a protective layer on the skin that helps maintain hydration. It has been traditionally used in various parts of Africa to care for and protect the skin against wind and drying environmental influences. Due to its natural vitamin E content and other naturally occurring components, it is valued as a nourishing ingredient in cosmetic products for daily skin care.
Instructions for use: Warm a small amount in your palms and massage into the skin, ideally after showering. It is excellent for caring for irritated and dry skin, including after sun exposure. You can also place the tightly closed container of butter in warm water, on a heater, or in the sun for a while before use to soften the content to the desired consistency.
