Intended Use: For room scenting using a vaporizer.

Description and Uses: Obtained through steam distillation of geranium leaves and flowers. It has a greenish-yellow color and an intense floral scent with a hint of menthol. It is excellent for restoring psychological balance, helping to alleviate stress and restlessness, and exerting a beneficial effect on the hormonal system. It also helps balance dry and oily areas of facial skin, and can be used to help counter water retention in tissues and cellulite. It acts as an astringent, hemostatic, diuretic, antidepressant, and antispasmodic.

Oils with which it can be blended: Basil, bergamot, citronella, clary sage, fennel, grapefruit, jasmine, juniper, lavender, lemon, lemongrass, neroli, and nutmeg.

Fun Facts: Geranium is a perennial plant with fuzzy leaves, frequently seen decorating windowsills or forming living hedges. It grows up to one meter high, branches out extensively, and features pinkish-white flowers. The intense fragrance of its flowers and leaves is also great for repelling mosquitoes. Originating from South Africa, it arrived in Mediterranean countries via North African lands in the 17th century and quickly spread throughout Europe.
