Description: Natural yellow beeswax in practical granules is a versatile raw material for making homemade cosmetics, balms, salves, lip and hair care products, and candles. It has a pleasant, mild natural honey scent. Firm at room temperature, it gradually softens and melts when heated, allowing it to be easily combined with plant oils and butters. Color and scent may vary slightly as it is a natural product.
Cosmetic Uses: Beeswax is popular for giving products a firmer structure and forming a gentle protective film on the skin. This helps reduce moisture loss from the skin's surface and contributes to a pleasant feeling of softness and protection. It is especially suitable for crafting lip balms, nourishing butters, salves, creams with a more compact texture, and products for treating dry and rough areas like elbows, knees, hands, and heels. It is also useful in natural hair care products to help shape and firm the product's texture.
How to Use: Slowly melt the wax beforehand in a double boiler (place the wax in a smaller container and set it inside a larger pot of very warm or hot water) or in a cosmetic warmer, then add it to plant oils or butters according to your recipe. Use suitable heat-resistant containers when heating and monitor the temperature.
