Origin: France.

Description: Light green to brownish-green in color, depending on the excavation site. Formed in nature through sedimentation, its characteristic color comes from the iron oxides in source rocks. It features a unique composition containing iron, silica, aluminum, magnesium, calcium, titanium, sodium, potassium, manganese, phosphorus, zinc, copper, selenium, cobalt, micro-green algae, brown algae, and phytonutrients. The clay has a neutral pH of 7.

Action & Benefits: Green clay is especially suitable for combination to oily skin care. It acts as an absorbent ingredient that helps remove excess sebum and impurities from the skin's surface, leaving it feeling fresh and clean. It gently cleanses, softens, and improves the skin's appearance. Due to its mineral and oligoelement content, it is a popular ingredient in facial and body masks, contributing to a more even and matte skin complexion. After use, the skin feels smooth and refreshed.

How to Use: Mix the clay with warm purified water or a hydrosol and apply evenly to cleansed facial or body skin. You can also add a spoonful of quality plant oil and a few drops of essential oil to the mixture. Leave on for up to 10 minutes (if you didn't add oil, the layer will dry), then rinse with water, moisturize the skin with your favorite toner or hydrosol, and apply a moisturizing cream or oil.

Warning: When preparing plant powders and clays, do not use metal utensils (spoons, bowls, etc.), as they can react with metal materials and undergo a chemical change. It is best to use wooden or ceramic tools.
